With so many traditions, you may be getting all decked out for the holidays, or keeping it casual and cozy. Monochrome Outfit

A fail-safe outfit for any occasion is an all monochromatic look. No matter the color you choose, it’s chic and understated in a very elegant way. Pair your monochrome look with neural or metallic accessories for an easy outfit. I’m wearing an all red monochrome look consisting of a chunky red sweater with satin wide leg pants for a festive holiday look. I love the dark brown, which is trending this season, paired with the red. it keeps the look warm and cozy. Casual Tweed Jacket and Jeans Outfit

Wearing a jacket or blazer with jeans is always an effortless way to dress. For the holidays, I love adding a bit of texture to an outfit with tweed or velvet. Tweed is an all season fabric. Just keep the tones darker for fall and winter. For a fun holiday look, try wearing a tweed jacket with a little metallic threading in it. You can wear this with classic black pants or keep it casual with a pair of flare leg jeans. This is a great look for more casual pre-holiday parties and dinners with friends.

Christmas Dinner Outfits- Satin Dress and Boots

A little black dress is great for any occasion. Make it a satin dress and you are all decked out for the holidays. This is an easy way to dress up without having to do too much with styling. A dress is one and done. I love having a little black dress I can always reach for. For a dressier occasion, you can pair this with a great pair of pumps. I love metallic pumps for the holidays. Since I wanted this look to be a touch more casual, I’m wearing the Mila suede boots (15% off with TARA15). I love these boots! They are not quite as high as knee-high boots, but are about mid calf height. They are so versatile for oth dressy and casual outfits.

Satin Slip Skirt Outfit

A satin slip skirt is another classy choice for Christmas dinner outfits. This satin midi skirt is such a great buy right now and the quality is so good. I actually bought this in multiple colors. When you are petite like I am (I’m 5′ 2″) and the length fits you just right, you have to go for it.

Pair your satin slip skirt with a cozy sweater for all the holiday vibes. I’m wearing gold heels (15% off with TARA15) to dress this look up, but you could easily style this with boots as well. An ivory or brown suede boot would look perfect with this!

 

Velvet Pants and Sweater Outfit

Lean into the icy cool tones of the winter season with shades of blue. I love spinning the holiday looks in a different way with frosty blues or an icy metallic dress. Velvet is always appropriate for the holidays. Why not try navy velvet pants this year? Navy is easily paired with lighter shades of blue, white or ivory tones, gray, or warm it up with a camel or tan top. This outfit is warm and cozy but still classic and chic. I

It’s classy yet reserved, while still being fun! I love a little added sparkle for the holidays. Try adding a coordinating pair of metallic shoes for an extra statement. An embellished sweater also make for great outfits for new year’s eve.
