Luxury Holiday Gift Guide

Best Luxury Gifts for Her That Don’t Cost a Fortune

When thinking about luxury gifts, you may immediately think of overly expensive or extravagant items. However luxury does not always mean costly. Affordable luxury is more popular than ever right now. With so many great brands now offering high-quality pieces at more reasonable prices, buying luxury gifts that don’t cost a fortune is easier than ever. Plus, the meaning of luxury means different things to different people. Investing in experiences like a vacation, or a broadway show is considered more of a luxury than buying items for a lot of people.

For those of you that want to actually buy a physical gift, I’m sharing some great gift ideas that she will love. These luxury gifts are special items for investing in self-care, timeless wardrobe staples, special accessories, and everyday pieces you will reach for over and over again. Give these as a gift, or treat yourself to something new. Ladies, you my want to share this post with your significant other! Now let’s talk luxury gifts. 😉

Luxury Gifts For Her That Don’t Cost a Fortune

Self Care Gifts

Self care gifts are the best luxury gifts to give and to receive. What’s more important then self-care? Setting time aside for yourself to unwind, recharge, and reduce screen time is priceless. It’s one of my goals for this year. Unique luxury gifts include a facial massager– great for reducing tension, the latest LED eye brightener, and exotic bath salts. Here are some gift ideas to help foster more downtime and indulge in self care!

Luxury Sleepwear

Sleep is so important and let’s be honest, we don’t get enough of it. Creating a cozy and relaxing sleep environment is a luxury worth investing in. Make it special with silk pajamas (you can wash these on delicate and lay flat to dry), silk pillowcases, a sleep mask, or a beautiful cozy robe. Making bedtime a luxe experience is total self care.

Jewelry Gifts That Don’t Break The Bank

Jewelry is a special gift that marks a significant event or gesture. Each time you wear your special piece, it will remind you of when you received it or what it symbolizes. Jewelry does not have to be overly expensive. There are lots great finds that are fun to give and receive. All of the pieces I’ve curated here are high-quality pieces to wear forever and are under $700. Although gold plated items are beautiful, and I do wear them, I’ve kept this list a bit more elevated by only including sterling silver and 18k. Here are my top jewelry gift ideas for her:

Quality Gloves

Good quality gloves are little luxury gifts that can be enjoyed all throughout winter. Leather gloves only get better and softer with age. I’ve had this pair from Portolano for years and I love them! They are a special treat in the colder months. Plus they look as elegant as you can get! Whether leather, cashmere, wool or sherpa, you can never have too many gloves. I keep a coordinating pair in each coat I own! The winter get so cold here in NJ. Keep in mind that glove size is similar to shoe size.

Cashmere Accessories

Cashmere accessories like a cozy knit scarf is the only scarf you need for cold weather. Whether you mainly dress casual, or attend lots of dressy dinner functions, a scarf is one investment piece that everyone will love. You can wear it over your puffer coat or under a classic wool trench and not only will it keep you warm, but it will add a luxe touch to your outfit. I love a cashmere scarf for any occasion. Other cashmere pieces that make great gifts are a cashmere wrap, cashmere socks– the ultimate in foot luxury, and even a casual cashmere baseball hat.

Leather Goods

Leather is a timeless material that just gets softer with age. A great leather bag is an essential in my closet. It’s the final touch to your outfit and keeps all your essentials close. Choosing a high quality leather bag doesn’t have to be expensive. You can get great luxury looking bags for under $500. Here are a few of my favorites that are not too outrageous! I’ve based this on style, look, comfort, and quality.

Luxury Home Gifts

Having luxury items like an espresso machine will make staying in even more enticing. I love our espresso machine! I enjoy using it everyday. Another home favorite is this cozy blanket for watching tv on the couch. Light a luxe candle to really set the mood! This one is my favorite. Here are a few luxe home gifts.

Coffee Table Books

This category could technically fall under home gifts, however there are so many beautiful and wonderful coffee table books out there. This is always going to be a gift I would love to receive! I know all my home decor lovers will too!

Buying luxury gifts that don’t cost a fortune is possible. Keep in mind what luxury means to you and go from there. It can be as simple as something that just makes you feel good. Or something you know you don’t need but would really enjoy. I think the idea of a luxury gift is more about how it makes you feel than the cost. It should make you happy!
