Sarah Flint Collaboration

I love when two amazing brands get together to create something unique. That’s what fashion brand, Sarah Flint did with the iconic Wentworth Wooden Puzzles. This fashion collaboration is so special. Sarah Flint not only makes gorgeous shoes, but she is a wonderful artist. The inspiration behind this collaboration with Wentworth Wooden Puzzles was a photograph she took on her trip to Avignon, France. Sarah then hand-painted the scene and transformed it into a beautiful puzzle.

Fashion and home collaborations are my favorite. I love to see how my favorite fashion designers bring their style into home decor and home accessories. This fashion collaboration between Sarah Flint and Wentworth puzzles is an unexpected yet welcome way to add Sarah’s classic style into your home. And have fun while doing it.

This isn’t Sarah’s first experience with home accessory brands. This past Fall she did an amazing collaboration with Samuel & Sons, and Morris & Co, two interior design brands to bring a collection of shoes inspired by the interiors of England’s Newby and Broughton Halls.

The Puzzle

While staying at Hotel La Mirande in Avignon, France, Sarah transformed the room into a work out of art. Perfectly staged with her signature shoes, a travel bag, and her silk scarf draped across an antique chair. The image was meticulously re-created by Sarah into a painting which then Wentworth turned into this collectible puzzle.

Wentworth Wooden Puzzles is known for their beautiful designs and whimsical pieces. Each of their puzzles have several pieces shaped into objects inspired from the art scene. In this Sarah Flint collaboration, these whimsical pieces include a teapot, shoes, and a hat, just to mention a few. The attention to the cutest of details instantly transports you into the quaint room of La Mirande.

The kids and I spent the day putting together this puzzle. It is quite challenging with 250 pieces. But it’s a great way to spend quality family time or to do alone to keep your mind busy. The beautiful colors in this print are mesmerizing. Sarah really is a great artist and fashion designer.

Game time wouldn’t be complete without a few snacks. Our go-to “healthy” treat is apples and Nutella. For added fun, I let the kids add sprinkles to make apple “donuts”. Having a special snack definitely keeps the motivation going while playing games and puzzles. It’s my go-to secret!
