Chloe Inspired Look For Less

I am a huge Chloe fan. It’s the epitome of Parisian chic. To me, Chloe represents a boho Parisian spirit and allure of a carefree lifestyle. The fluid lines, silky fabrics, hint of lace details, are never too sweet. Chloe represents a modern femininity. Bold but approachable. I have set-out to create my own Chloe inspired look for less. I hope you enjoy it.

As I mentioned in my Fendi post, I am so inspired by the runways. It’s an exciting reveal into the new creations. However, one thing I don’t like about the runways is the prices. These amazing designs cost a pretty penny. While I do invest in luxury handbags, clothing is something I would prefer to save on when I can. With handbags, you can wear them with many different outfits, but with clothing, it’s usually something we will wear less often. It makes sense to save there. As you probably know by now, I love to do joint posts with my friend Laura from Abouttheoutfits. We are both huge Chloe fans. So this was a really fun post to put together. We searched the runway photos and coordinated a #chloegirls inspired look for less.

The Outfits

I took inspiration for my look from the Resort 2019 collection. I love the equestrian theme throughout in the prints and in the jewelry. Maybe it is because I live near what is considered New Jersey’s horse country, (did you know NJ had such a place?) but I always love equestrian fashion. If you look closely, my blouse contains dogs, not horses. But I think the overall look is still achieved. When I saw this top I’m wearing from Mango I knew this was a perfect alternative to the Chloe one pictured above. Unfortunately it is no longer on their website, however this one would be a nice one to consider as we move into Spring. In fact I think it blends perfectly with the Chloe inspired belts that Laura and I are wearing. Which by the way are from Amazon!

Laura’s outfit has all the Spring vibes going on. Her beautiful shirt and skirt are from H&M.  I love how you can find high style pieces with low prices. It totally looks like it’s from Chloe. Especially with those gorgeous accessories!

Accessorize The Chloe Way

The Spring Summer 2019 collection features lots of rope belts and big gold earrings. The collection makes me feel like the weather is warm and sunny. So many flowing fabrics! We thought the belts were so fun but didn’t want to pay the $815 prices tag of the Chloe version. I think we did great with our finds. If you can believe it, we found our belts on Amazon! They add a slight nautical touch while still being very modern and whimsical.

The bold earrings are an easy accessory to dupe. You can easily incorporate Chloe inspired earrings into your looks. There are so many great options out right now. These are really similar to the ones I’m wearing. The belts and earrings are the two accessories that will really make your outfit standout!

Although our clothing is Chloe inspired, our bags and sunglasses are true Chloe pieces. As Chloe lovers, we do have some accessories that we love to wear. Chloe is known for big sunglasses. I don’t think you can complete a Chloe look without them. I fell in love with the scalloped detail of the sunglasses. And for those of you who look ridiculous in over-sized sunglasses like me, the Rosie comes in a slightly smaller petite version which I am wearing! Thank you!!

The “It” bags

Finally it’s onto the bags! Chloe is known for creating the yearly “it” bag. Laura’s bag is the ever so popular Tess bag. This was definitely the “it bag” of 2018 and is still going strong! You can easily see why. It’s such a pretty bag with the bold metal details. I’m wearing the new 2019 Chloe C bag. This is Chloe’s newest design and was seen all over the Spring runways. It’s a flap design that is actually very wearable and comfortable. I can even fit my full-sized wallet in it. Bonus! If you are thinking of investing in a luxury handbag that will withstand the trends, I highly recommend Chloe. They are ever-so classic and always conversation starters. I still get compliments all the time on my Drew bag which is now several years old and still so beautiful.

I hope you have found inspiration from this post! The simplest way to achieve a Chloe inspired look are with big gold earrings, long rope belts, and a fabulous pair of round sunglasses.
